BB11 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. BB11 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your name.

The following limits and conditions apply to all financial transactions on bb11:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposit processing: All deposits are credited to your bb11 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal processing: Standard withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Fees: BB11 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

BB11 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, if the account has not completed identity verification, or if the withdrawal would result in a negative balance after pending bonus wagering requirements are considered.
